The Green Building Council’s submission on the National Framework for Energy Efficiency – Issues & Challenges was prepared by its Advocacy Committee in March 2004. The report provides feedback on barriers, challenges and cultural change.
The National Framework for Energy Efficiency is being developed by Federal Government’s Ministerial Council on Energy in order to define future directions for energy efficiency policy and programs in Australia.
