RSM Bird Cameron developed this paper on behalf of the Green Building Council of Australia, to encourage debate and discussion on the role of incentives for sustainable building practices in Australia. The paper reviews current taxation policies and makes a number of recommendations on how they could be improved to promote sustainable building practices.
