As the GBCA bolsters its commitment to driving sustainable buildings and environments, the organisation has been dedicated to listening to member feedback on our Green Star rating system and wants your feedback on proposed minor updates.
What does this mean?
The Green Star team has been busy making minor changes to current rating tools.. This includes:
- The minimum requirements to achieve 4, 5 and 6 star ratings in ‘Greenhouse Gas Emissions'
- Introducing air tightness testing in ‘Commissioning & Tuning'
- Emphasising material design and selection in ‘Impacts from Materials: Life Cycle Assessment'
Keep up-to-date with the proposed changes and have your say by getting involved and giving us feedback.
