When must a GSAP be engaged under the Industry Development credit in Green Star Buildings v1?

In Green Star Buildings v1, the Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP) must be engaged within one month of the project’s registration and remain engaged through to certification. Where the GSAP is appointed after schematic design, the project may still target the credit, provided the GSAP is engaged within one month of registration.

For Note:

  • This FAQ applies to Green Star Buildings v1 only. Projects registered under Green Star Buildings v1.1 should refer to the ‘Timing’ requirements within guidance section of the Submission Guidelines.
