Can Class 5 project's use apportioned occupancy rates from NCC 2022 for the Changing Facilities criterion?
Yes.
To determine the number of showers and lockers as required under the Changing Facilities (Minimum Expectation) criterion from the Movement & Place credit, Class 5 projects may adopt the default occupancy as 75% of the building population as determined from NCC 2022 D2D18.
Please ensure a clear calculation is provided in your submission.
