Can gym spaces be excluded from meeting the requirements of the Thermal Comfort Credit?

Yes. Projects targeting Credit 14 Thermal Comfort may exclude gym spaces from the scope of the credit, as these spaces are designed for use by individuals with a wide range of occupant characteristics, including varying metabolic rates and clothing selections.
