Which project milestone determines Climate Positive Pathway requirements in Green Star Performance v2?

GBCA clarifies that in Green Star Performance v2, the Climate Positive Pathway requirements for a project are based on the annual date of registration of a project. This has been changed from the date of submission to better align with how buildings and submissions are managed.
