Can projects use the Energy Source - Industrial credit when targeting Other Carbon Emissions?

Yes.

Projects may target Exceptional Performance under the Other Carbon Emissions credit and demonstrate that emissions from the building's energy use is zero by meeting Exceptional Performance from the Energy Source - Industrial credit.

This approach is applicable to industrial projects using the Energy Source - Industrial credit.
