Can Climate Active Carbon Neutral certified construction services be used in the Upfront Carbon Emissions credit?

Yes.

Construction services certified under the Climate Active Certified Carbon Neutral Products & Services standard may be used to demonstrate a reduction in the A5 emissions of a project.

As supporting evidence, projects are to provide a copy of the Public Disclosure Statement from the Climate Active website, demonstrating that the construction service has been Climate Active Carbon Neutral certified, and that the construction of the Green Star project was included in the emissions boundary of the Climate Active certification.
