How should MBSR projects submit for the Energy Use credit?
Under the Multiple Building Single Rating Support Document: Guidance for Green Star Buildings Projects document, projects approved for the Multiple Building Single Rating (MBSR) approach are required to provide a separate Energy Use calculator for each building in Excel format where the Energy Use - Reference Building Pathway is used. For more information, please refer to the Multiple Building Single Rating Support Document: Guidance for Green Star Buildings Projects document available via the Green Star resources portal.
The Energy Use calculator is not yet available in Excel format via the Green Star resources portal. To obtain an interim copy of the calculator, please submit a free-of-charge 'Fix or modify a calculator/scorecard' request to the GBCA via the Green Star My requests portal.

- click on "Download" to save the FAQ.
- include the PDF in the submission.
