Does compliance for the waste reporting accuracy criteria need to be demonstrated for the waste's entire life?

No.

Projects may target the Green Star Construction & Demolition Waste Reporting Criteria by demonstrating compliance for all contractors taking waste away from the project site, and the initial waste processing facility (or facilities) this waste is taken to.

No further evidence for waste reporting accuracy is required for waste taken beyond the initial waste processing facility at this stage. Additional requirements may be added in future versions of the rating tools.
