Can standard TCo2 benchmarks be used to calculate upfront fitout emissions of a tenanted space?
Yes, in order to quantify the upfront fitout emissions of a tenanted space for the Green Star Buildings sector specific credit Upfront Fitout Emissions, project teams may use the following benchmarks for calculation.

Project teams can adopt these benchmarks to demonstrate compliance with this credit without having to demonstrate a reduction in upfront emissions.
