Is power factor monitoring required for Townhouses?

No, Townhouses are not required to address power factor monitoring for Automatic Monitoring Systems as part of the Metering and Monitoring credit. This is on the basis that large inductive loads are typically negligible for such building types.

 

All other elements of the Automatic Monitoring Systems credit are still required to be addressed as per the submission guidelines.
