Can I claim innovation for microbial control in Hot Water Systems in v1.2?

No. Older versions of Green Star Design & As Built and Interiors rating tools allowed for one (1) innovation point to be awarded for microbial control in 'Hot' Water Systems. This has been amended in more recent iterations of the rating tools to only apply to 'Warm' Water Systems. 

As per the submission guidelines, this innovation point is applicable to 'Warm' Water Systems only in the following rating tools:

  • Green Star - Design & As Built v1.2
  • Green Star - Interiors v1.1 and Interiors v1.2
