About
Experienced building performance specialist delivering high performing buildings including the first 5 and now 6 star (local government ) Green Star Performance rated building. I focus predominantly on Council's larger more complex buildings applying a while of life approach to their management and meeting agreed service levels. I also have extensive experience in troubleshooting, maintenance and replacement of aquatic complexes, ranging from filtration upgrades through to complex replacement. I have a PhD in Environmental Geology focused in environmental geology, coastal engineering, delta evolution, climate change, from University of Wollongong. I also hold qualifications in carbon accounting, climate risk and secondary education. I am a qualified Green Star Accredited Professional for the Performance and Building rating tool. In a prior life I worked as a plant mechanic.
