About
David works with property owners and occupiers to define and realise their sustainability ambitions. He leads the business’s Green Leasing services, which have shaped the way teams negotiate and manage commercial real estate leases. He is responsible for negotiating national-first sustainable leasing outcomes, where he has collaborated with integrated teams to ensure leasing decisions that enable net zero and circular building transformation. David is also responsible for delivering the current update to the Better Building Partnership’s Green Leasing Framework. This work has covered extensive consultation with Australia’s institutional owners, occupiers and key property influencers to help embed sustainability into the way landlords and tenants partner towards the sustainable operation of the buildings they manage and occupy.
