Weapons of Mass Creation winner

Wollongong Administration Building

Wollongong City Council’s Administration Building is positive proof that older buildings can be green buildings. First occupied in 1987, the building is the first in Australia to achieve a 5 Star Green Star – Performance rating, signifying ‘Australian Excellence’.

A more sustainable Melbourne

Sustainable Melbourne Fund is the leading innovator of funding models for commercial building upgrades. They recently helped provide 100% of the project finance to help a small business in Melbourne install solar and make repayments through the council rates. Watch how it was achieved.
