Jacfin's Ricoh Building
Western Sydney's Eastern Creek has a new sustainable landmark - Jacfin's new building for Ricoh Australia. The buildings's owner, Jackie Waterhouse, has said that "we pride ourselves on creating outstanding developments which are sensitive to the environment. That is why we were committed to achieving the first 5 Star Green Star — Industrial Design v1 rating in NSW."
One Angel Square in Manchester recently earned the highest BREEAM score ever, with a rating of 95.16 per cent. The building boasts a number of sustainable strategies including a high performance, double-skinned façade, earth tubes for heating and cooling and rainwater harvesting.
