Can my Interiors project target 23.1 Base Building Sustainability using the base building's NABERS IE Rating?

Yes.

Interiors projects may target 1 point under 23.1.3 Base Building Sustainability - NABERS Rating by demonstrating that the base building has achieved a NABERS IE Rating of at least 4.5 stars. 

Documentation Requirements:

Please provide the following in your submission:

  • Evidence to demonstrate that the base building has achieved a NABERS IE Rating of 4.5 stars. 
  • Please include a copy of this FAQ in your submission.
