However, with a reliance on high embodied carbon materials and a need to construct quickly, achieving the desired ratings can be challenging and project groups are struggling to meet the expectations of investors and tenants.

This course requires you to sit for an exam to obtain the CPD points. The exam comprises of 3 questions and has a time limit of 60 mins to complete.

All exams are multiple choice and questions are based on module content.
