After 25 King in Brisbane and Central Park in Sydney, Impact Investment Group is developing the Younghusband industrial village to include over 40,000sqm over 3 stages of boutique office space across three levels, as well as various food and beverage, studio, and retail spaces.

This 45min presentation will delve into the plans and design of the project, which is aiming to be Victoria’s first carbon, energy and water neutral rejuvenation.
