In 2018, Lendlease and JLL are celebrating a 20-year partnership in the management of assets within the Australian Prime Property Fund (APPF) Portfolio. The crown jewel of this successful venture is the APPF Commercial Portfolio. This has been described as the most sustainable Commercial Building Office fund in the world, supported by the recent 6 star ‘World Leadership’ Green Star Performance Portfolio rating along with achieving the highest score globally in the annual GRESB (Global Real Estate Benchmarking) survey in 2017.

This presentation will look at the application of the Green Star - Performance standards through the use of the Portfolio system and how Lendlease, JLL and their wider network of tenants, contractors and partners delivered this still unmatched achievement.

All course content is curated by the Green Building Council of Australia. Designed for maximum flexibility, this course allows you to study anytime, anywhere.

This course requires you to sit for an exam to obtain the CPD points. The exam comprises of 3 questions and has a time limit of 30 mins to complete.

All exams are multiple choice and questions are based on module content.
