Introduction to Green Star is a free online module which provides a quick but comprehensive overview of the history and role of the Green Building Council of Australia and the Green Star sustainability rating system.

The module explains how the green building movement has evolved since 2000 and explores the impact that Green Star in sustainably transforming Australia's built environment. Through the module you will learn about the different types of Green Star rating tools available and the benefits of achieving a Green Star certified rating.

Completing the Introduction to Green Star online module and quiz forms the first prerequisite step to becoming qualified under the Green Star Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program. No CPD points are available for the completion of this module.

All course content is curated by the Green Building Council of Australia. Designed for maximum flexibility, this course allows you to study anytime, anywhere.

Exam Requirements
This course requires you to sit for an exam to obtain the CPD points. The exam comprises of 10 questions and has a time limit of 60 mins to complete.

All exams are multiple choice and questions are based on module content.
