Green Star - Communities Guide for Local Government Training Workshop

To support the launch of the Green Star – Communities Guide for Local Government,  GBCA in partnership with AECOM are delivering an exciting  training course focused on Green Star—Communities and how it fits in with local government policies and priorities.

Led by AECOM Associate Director, Roger Swinbourne the training course will be delivered in three sections:

Section 1

• A introduction to the Green Star—Communities rating tool and national framework

Section 2

• Discuss  the opportunities for local governments presented by Green Star—Communities

Section 3

Practical applications of the rating tool and framework including:

• Addressing local government policy, such as community strategic plans
• Workshop how the rating tool can be applied to an example master plan.
