The largest commercial office development in Sydney's CBD, Lendlease's Commonwealth Bank Place, can now lay claim to the title of Australia’s most sustainable office, after achieving 6 Star Green Star ratings for design, construction, interior fitout and performance.

Setting new benchmarks for social sustainability

The Karl Bremer Office Block in Cape Town, South Africa, has been awarded the world’s first Socio-Economic Category Pilot rating from the Green Building Council of South Africa. At least 10% of employees came from disadvantaged backgrounds and 70% of materials, products and services were sourced locally.
