Celebrating our successes

By Romilly Madew, Chief Executive

In our non-stop world, it's easy to place our immediate focus on the next task and forget to reflect on what we've just achieved. But by ignoring our wins we miss a vital opportunity to encourage greater success. Celebrating success reminds us of why we set our goals in the first place. Celebrating success also reinforces that change does matter - that it is happening here and now - and that change need not be a scary thing. Read more and have your say.

Green Star – Performance now available

Design & As Built – provide your feedback

Green Star rating tools are only successful when they meet your needs, so we’re inviting feedback from Green Star users on the proposed scope, objectives, features and development process for the new Green Star – Design & As Built rating tool. Respond to our consultation paper to tell us what you think.

Have your say on our LCA credits

We’ve developed two new life cycle assessment based Green Star credits and we want to know what you think. Let us know by responding to our discussion paper

The Key Spec 1, VIC

“For Australand, the main driver for achieving a Green Star rating – even when we’re undertaking a speculative development – is the advantage it can provide in securing tenants. A Green Star rating gives us an extra edge in our marketing, as it provides credible, third party assurance,” says Sustainability Manager, Paolo Bevilaqua of Australand’s decision to pursue Green Star for Australand’s The Key Spec 1 development in Keysborough Victoria.
