GBCA Case Study


The people at ISIS are enjoying a 65% increase in staff satisfaction, thanks to their new Green Star fitout in Melbourne. A founding member company of the GBCA, the national fitout and refurbishment contractor made an early commitment to use its own office space to demonstrate that a 5 Star Green Star - Interiors v1.1 fitout can be delivered cost-effectively and to a high standard of quality.

The New Zealand Defence Force’s helicopters have a new, green home.  The Maintenance Support Squadron’s purpose-built facility, currently under construction at Base Ohakea on the North Island, has recently received the country’s first 5 Green Star - Industrial Design 2009 rating from the NZGBC.
