Rock Development launches LOOP, a proposed Green Star Community
Principal sponsor of the Green Star Communities tool, Rock Development Group, launched urban renewal project and redevelopment of the Belconnen Markets, 'loop' last Friday 27 August in Canberra.
Maria Efkarpidis told the audience: "We chose the name loop and its visual representation to resemble the numeric symbol for infinity. It represents the interconnected and never ending relationship between mankind and the earth - all mankind's actions today have an impact on the earth and future generations."
loop is aiming to be Australia's first 6 Star Green Star sustainable community. Find out more about the project
