A joint initiative between the GBCA and VicUrban, the GBCA Precinct Project aims to develop a national framework for industry and government land agencies to deliver best practice for the development of our communities and precincts. This means building communities which achieve positive environmental, cultural, social, governance and economic outcomes.
The GBCA Precinct Project will encompass residential, commercial and mixed use development, and will inform the design and construction of new and existing communities.
Rock Development Group Director, Maria Efkarpidis, said of the sponsorship agreement: "We're passionate about sustainable living and want to contribute towards creating a brighter and safer world for our children."

"Our principal sponsorship of the GBCA Precinct Project demonstrates our commitment to taking a lead role in sustainability through creating better precincts and communities for Australia," says Efkarpidis.
GBCA Chief Executive, Romilly Madew, welcomed Rock Development Group's exclusive sponsorship, "This key sponsorship represents vital support needed to advance sustainable development. Together, we will work towards creating greener communities in which current and future generations can thrive."
