Leading sustainability journal launches new shade of green

Mon 4 Aug, 2008 News

Australia's leading sustainability journal for building and design practitioners as well as students - the BEDP Environment Design Guide (EDG) - has been relaunched online.

EDG is regarded as one of the nation's most trusted and leading sustainability journals, and is specifically written to help practitioners expand their knowledge of sustainability issues in the built environment.

Published on behalf of the Australian Council of Built Environment Design Professions, the Guide brings together the work of Australia's most renowned experts on sustainable built environments in one accessible resource, providing building design professionals with informative and accessible literature on how to reduce the environmental impact of the built environment.

Subscribers include architects, engineers, planners, lighting designers, landscape architects, quantity surveyors, developers, academics, students, libraries and government and non-government environment/built environment agencies, interior designers and facilities managers.

With access to more than 250 papers which illuminate key sustainability issues, technology and design solutions, EDG offers subscribers cutting edge information for responsible decision making.

Retaining its authoritative, practice-focused peer-reviewed papers, environmentdesignguide.net.au has been reformatted to give a fresh and easier to navigate entry for its online users.

The new address for the EDG online is environmentdesignguide.net.au
