Calculating point scores for Ene-2 Energy Improvement using the revised NABERS rating scale and results.
NOTE: Guidance is intended for Office v2 and Office Interiors v1.1 ONLY
The recent expansion of the NABERS rating scale to 6 stars means that when a building exceeds the existing NABERS 5 star benchmark, there is no longer a Benchmarking Factor associated with the building's rating.
Project teams using the Green Star - Office v2 and Office Interior v1.1 rating tools may use this guide as a means to calculate point scores for the Ene-2 Energy Improvement credit when a building goes beyond a 5 star NABERS rating.
