Green Star tools continue to evolve after the release date. Updates from the 'Technical Clarifications & CIR Rulings' database are an essential component of each Green Star tool. Three types of update are posted on the database: corrections, technical clarifications, and credit interpretation request (CIR) rulings.

This spreadsheet has Macros; therefore you need to check the security setting for macros on your computer. This should be set to 'medium'. Macro security settings can be found in Tools>Macros>Security.
