Green Star - Mixed Use PILOT

The PILOT phase of the Green Star - Mixed Use rating tool is now complete. The GBCA would like to thank all project teams and other stakeholders who provided feedback on the tool.
The tool is now being reviewed in light of the stakeholder feedback received. Feedback received suggested significant problems with the proposed scoring methods and as a result of this, alternative tool frameworks are being investigated. Until further progress is made, registrations for certification of Mixed Use developments will not be accepted.
