CSR Gyprock

Since introducing paper-faced plasterboard into Australia in 1947, CSR Gyprock has been instrumental in leading the plasterboard industry. Gyprock has pioneered many innovations in product and service, including Australia’s first GECA accredited plasterboard range, Gyprock EC08. The core of our products is manufactured from gypsum, a naturally occurring, non-toxic sedimentary rock and a small amount of benign additives such as starch and foam, and our liner board is made of 100% recycled newspaper. CSR Gyprock™ is a signatory to the Australian Packaging Covenant and are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and by extension the amount of waste, including packaging waste, that may be disposed to landfill.
