What is a Technical Working Group (TWG)?

The Green Building Council of Australia forms a Technical Working Group (TWG) of Members for the development of each Green Star tool. These industry representatives provide their environmental and industry expertise to create the Green Star environmental rating tools.


The TWG is a voluntary group, and candidates are selected based on their industry experience and knowledge of the Green Star environmental rating system. Prerequisites for TWG members include being a Green Star Accredited Professional and being from a Green Building Council of Australia member organisation.
