What needs to be included in a query submitted to greenstar@gbca.org.au?

When submitting a query to Green Star please ensure you clearly state the following:

-The Green Star rating tool you are referring to and the version, e.g. Green Star - Office Interiors v1.1

- The credit (e.g. Man-1 'Green Star Acredited Proifessional')

-If the query is project specific, these queries should be sent directly to the GBCA Case Manager by the Project Contact ONLY. Please ensure that the GS number and project name is quoted in the 'subject line'. Since each Case Manager deals with a number of projects accross Australia, it is important that there be only one point of contact (per project) to the GBCA. If you are the the Project Contact and you do not know who the Case Manager for the project is, then please clearly state this in the email and it will be forwarded to your Case Manager.

Please clearly explain the questions (or clarifications) needed for the credit(s). Please also ensure that the Aim of the Credit, Credit Criteria, Compliance Requirements and Additional Guidance in the Technical Manual, AND Technical Clarifications & CIR Rulings are read thoroughly before submitting your query to the Green Star Team.

*Please note: The more precise and detailed information you provide in your Green Star query, the clearer and more efficient the response can be from the Green Star Team.
