My company is owned by another organisation. Can we still be members?

Any organisation, regardless of its company ownership structure, can be a member of the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA).
In addition, the GBCA has recently introduced a new subsidiary membership category.
Parent companies can register their subsidiary companies for a fee of $500 (excluding GST) per subsidiary.
The subsidiary company is not be classified as a financial member and is not eligible to vote at the GBCA AGM, but receives all associated member benefits and is recognised as a GBCA member in its own right. Find out more information about GBCA membership categories.
