BCIPA One-day Intensive Training Course

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Dispute Resolution Service (RICS DRS) in conjunction with Holding Redlich Lawyers, leading experts in construction law in Queensland have been training people on the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act (BCIPA) since its inception in 2004.

The Act was introduced to provide a quick, cheap and efficient resolution of payments disputes in the building and construction industry and our courses are designed to give a detailed and practical understanding of the Act –see comments below.  The course is aim at industry practitioners representing suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, consultants, private and government organisations, property developers, owners and operators.

Attendees to these courses who wish to progress to the Adjudicator training course, the required step to securing a certificate in adjudication, will receive a 20% discount off the cost of the Adjudicator training course.
