Site Tour - 2 Victoria Avenue

Join us on 13 November 2012 for a site tour of Western Australia’s first As Built rated building – 2 Victoria Avenue. Achieving 6 Star Green Star – Office Design v2 certification in 2008, the development attained its 5 Star Green Star – Office As Built v2 rating in March this year.

2 Victoria Avenue is a development of Western Australian firsts. Not only is the development the first in WA to achieve an As Built rating, it was also the first in the state to achieve a ‘world-leadership’ 6 Star Green Star - Design rating.

Ideally located overlooking the Swan River, 2 Victoria Avenue is clearly identified by its striking glass and orange metallic façade. Sustainable features of the building include ample natural light, superior air change efficiency, on site grey water treatment, full height performance glazing on the external façade, active chilled beam air conditioning, close proximity to public transport amenities and bicycle storage facilities to promote low-impact transportation modes among building users.
