A Reconciliation Action Plan is a proven framework for organisations to provide opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
RAPs are practical plans of action built on relationships, respect and opportunities.Organisations can choose from four types of RAP – Reflect, Innovate, Stretch or Elevate - depending on progress in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment, retention, cultural awareness and procurement.
