Learn the Language of Green Buildings

The Property Professionals Course has been especially designed to help real estate agents, valuers and property managers understand green building practices, how the national Green Star environmental rating tools work and what that means for the marketing potential of both new and existing buildings.

The Course

The course will provide an overview of the categories and credits within Green Star and will focus on the potential to transform leasing, marketing, valuation and management strategies to support the market-driven push for green buildings. The course is run as a short 2½ hr seminar for both Member organisations and non-member organisations of the GBCA.

Why Attend

This course will offer an insight into the Green Star rating tools and how best to incorporate the tools into leasing, management and refurbishment. processes within your organisation. It teaches participants how to communicate the logic and rationale behind Green Star effectively to clients, tenants and building management teams.

Bookings & Enquiries

Courses are run for groups of between 25 -50 people and the course feeincludes tuition and training notes. The total course cost for GBCA members is $5,000 (Inc. GST) and for non-members the total cost is $7,000 (Inc. GST).
