Green Star - Design & As Built Foundation Course (formerly the Green Star Foundation Course)

The Green Star - Design & As Built Foundation Course focuses on the content and application of the various Green Star - Design and - As Built rating tools, including the business case for building green, the rating tools available, the categories and credits within the tools, and the steps to register and certify a project. 

Green Star Certification Workshop

The Green Star Certification Workshop focuses on helping green building professionals to improve their Green Star project submissions and avoid the common mistakes.

Green Star Innovation Course

The Green Star Innovation Course is a practical course designed to demystify the Green Star ‘Innovation’ credit. The course provides resources, effective processes, tips and tricks to help applicants and consultants to strengthen ‘Innovation’ claims within their Green Star submissions.

Green Star – Communities Foundation Course

The Green Star – Communities Foundation Course focuses on the application of the Green Star - Communities rating tool, including the Green Star – Communities National Framework, the business case for sustainable community and precinct development, the categories and credits within the tool and the certification model.

Green Star - Communities: Australian Urban Design Master Class

The Green Star – Communities: Australian Urban Design Protocol master class has been developed to support practitioners in assessing projects against the Australian Urban Design Protocol (Creating Places for People). This is the underlying framework for the Green Star - Communities ‘Urban Design’ credit.

Green Star – Communities: Climate Adaptation and Resilience Master Class

The Green Star – Communities: Climate Adaptation and Resilience Masterclass provides an overview of adaptation and resilience issues, and how they are addressed under the Gov-6 credit, equipping participants with the skills needed to deliver more adaptable and resilient Australian communities.

The GBCA is pleased to be able to provide ‘in-house’ training to companies who want to train large groups of staff – particularly project teams – on Green Star. ‘In-house’ training means that we come to your workplace to provide specialised training to your team.
