A vital part of the Green Building Council of Australia's (GBCA's) role is to educate its members and the broader industry on green building practices.
We currently have a variety of courses available to cater for a wide variety of specialities within the building industry including the following:
CPD
The GBCA's Continuing Professional Development program (CPD) will help you to maintain your knowledge of the Green Star environmental rating system and stay in touch with latest trends and technologies in green building. Visit the CPD section of our website for more information
Green Star Foundation Course
The Green Star Foundation Course focuses on the content and application of Green Star rating tools, including the business case for building green, the various Green Star rating tools available, the categories and credits within the tools, and the steps necessary to register and certify a project.
Green Star Project Certification Workshop
Are you involved with a Green Star registered project? Would you like to gain knowledge on how to improve your submission processes and avoid the common mistakes? This course will help you prepare for your submission.
Green Star Office Interiors
Learn how you can fitout your office in a healthy and sustainable way. This course will help you design a workplace that will enhance and improve performance based on sustainable and green principles.
Green Building Council Summit
These classes are designed to provide a greater level of skill to committed green building practitioners. GBC Summit's are held twice a year in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Check course calendar for more information.
