The funding answer to the barriers in green upgrades
As we move towards achieving a carbon zero built environment, the Building Upgrade Finance (BUF) is helping commercial site owners in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia perform to reduce energy, water and waste.
How does this work?
The simple financing program spreads out the cost over a long period, allowing the owner to use utilities savings to repay the loan.
Join us for a webinar hosted by Eureka Real Assets Managing Director, Bob Kelly and the organisation's Environmental Finance Manager Rachael Scott who will unpack how to finance funding for green projects and upgrades.
Eureka has lent over $40 million to building owners to date, including the $26.5 million tri-generation plant at Central Park with Frasers Property and City of Sydney.
This is an important opportunity to learn how industry and beyond can collaborate effectively to ensure the built environment is reducing its carbon footprint.
