5.1 Earn Your Stars

The Tasmanian Government has continued its awareness campaign that encourages everyone to take action and 'Earn Your Stars'. A series of video clips has been broadcast on Tasmanian television and made available via YouTube. These are steps in spreading the message that every member of the Tasmanian community can make a contribution to reducing the State's carbon footprint. The Tasmanian Government has also supported a wide range of events throughout the State.

The Tasmanian Government's Earn Your Stars website helps Tasmanians learn more about climate change, calculate their own greenhouse gas emissions, find out what action they can take now, and contribute ideas for the future. The Earn Your Stars website continues to grow.
