4.1 CitySwitch Green Office

The City of Perth has joined CitySwitch Green Office, a national energy management program that works with office tenants to reduce electricity use in city central business districts. The Program is run in partnership with the cities of Sydney, North Sydney, Parramatta, Willoughby, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and the Australian Capital Territory.

Businesses signing up to CitySwitch as a signatory commit to achieve and maintain an accredited 4 stars or higher NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) Energy tenancy rating.
