Lynne is an Executive Director, Company Secretary and Legal Counsel for the GBCA.

Stephen has completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting). He has worked in the corporate finance field for more than a decade, initially in the financial services industry before moving into the property sector. Prior to joining the GBCA, Stephen spent eight years with one of Australia's leading project management firms.

Stephen's primary role at the GBCA is overseeing the financial management and general operations of the organisation, such as preparing the annual budget through to completion of the organisation's annual financial report.

Emily Lawton - Human Resources Director

Emily has been in HR management roles for more than 13 years, and until joining GBCA had worked exclusively in the legal industry, including for Mallesons, Linklaters and the Australian Government Solicitor. Emily has an honours degree in history from the Australian National University. Emily's role as Human Resources Director is to help establish and implement HR strategies (in consultation with the GBCA Executive) which optimise employee performance and development opportunities and which assist GBCA to meet its strategic objectives.

Carol Lane - Manager Operations and HR

Carol is responsible for the GBCA's day-to-day operations and human resource management.
