Michael Barnes - ISIS Group Australia
Position on GBCA Board: Director
Michael Barnes is the Chief Executive Officer of ISIS. Michael has more than twenty years of experience within the construction and refurbishment industries and a degree in civil engineering. He is also a passionate founding director of the Green Building Council of Australia.
Michael joined ISIS Group Australia in 1990, rising steadily from a project manager to Manager of the ACT state office, to General Manager and now Chief Executive Officer. During this time, Michael has overseen ISIS' leadership role in the development of and compliance with standards and codes of practice relating to environmental management and the objectives of the Green Building Council of Australia.
