John Thomas - Investa

John Thomas is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Investa
Property Group, one of the largest unlisted owners of commercial property in
Australia. Since its inception in 2000 Investa has grown to a company with
assets under management of approximately $9 billion and employs more than 650 people across Australia. Investa is comprised of four major businesses. These are an external funds management business, an investment portfolio, a commercial and industrial development business and Clarendon Residential, a residential development business.

John has over 25 years experience across a broad range of real estate sectors including agency, investment and development. He is a director of the Green Building Council of Australia, Chair of the Property Council of Australia's Sustainability Roundtable and holds a bachelor of Applied Science in Property Resource Management (Land Economics).
