Christine became the CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle, Australia in December 2004. Jones Lang LaSalle is the world's leading real estate services and money management firm, operating across more than 100 markets around the globe. The company provides comprehensive property services on a local, regional and global level to owners, occupiers and investors.

Christine has full P&L responsibility for the growth and direction of the Australian business of 1500 professionals. Through a growth strategy based on organic growth, the introduction of new service offerings, acquisitions and a margin improvement program, Christine has grown the Australian revenues by nearly 70% and improved profitability five fold.

Christine has also overseen the development and expansion of the organisation's Energy and Sustainability services business line and championed the development of the organisation's internal sustainability commitment. She is a passionate advocate of integrating sustainability into corporate strategy and firmly believes that organisations can do well by doing good for their clients, the planet and society.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Christine enjoyed a successful 23 year career with IBM where she held senior management and executive roles across sales, marketing, consulting, systems integration, operations and brand management. Her career spanned national, regional and global responsibilities and positions based in Australia, New York and Tokyo.

Immediately prior to leaving IBM, Christine held the position of Chief Operating Officer for IBM Business Consulting Services, Asia Pacific; a business with an 8,000-strong workforce that generated approximately US$4 billion in revenue annually.
